On August 23, 2022, petitioner filed in the above-docketed matter a document under the designation "Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena". However, review of the record herein shows that no subpoena is involved, and the purported motion is thus inapplicable.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the purported Motion to Quash or Modify Subpoena filed August 23, 2022, is denied.
