ORDER

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Phoenix, Arizona, trial session.

On May 31, 2022, petitioners informally stated they are unable to pay expenses of a transcript. Petitioners shall file a written motion setting forth the reasons for the request. For the Court to consider paying the cost of the transcript in this case, petitioners must submit financial information showing financial need. Petitioners should provide the information requested on the Court's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and Affidavit, a copy of which is attached. It is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of the Court's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and Affidavit. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before June 15, 2022, file a written motion for the Court to pay expenses of a transcript, along with filling out the Court's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee and Affidavit. It is further

ORDERED that the briefing scheduled is suspended until the Court acts on petitioners' motion.
