Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 26, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01458), and from two orders, same court, both entered on or about April 19, 2021 (Case Nos. 2021-01459; 2021-01460), And respondent-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid orders to the extent they restrain assets beyond the $1, 071, 044.89 bond posted by defendant-respondent on April 06, 2021, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
