ORDER

Kenneth W. Niffen ("Movant") appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Lincoln County, after an evidentiary hearing, dismissing his Rule 24.035 motion for postconviction relief as untimely filed. We affirm the motion court’s dismissal. The judgment of the motion court was not clearly erroneous. An extended opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this order pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
