On January 28, 2016, and again on May 10, 2016, this Court issued orders abating these appeals and directing the trial court to hold a hearing to determine if the certifications of the defendant's right to appeal were defective and required correction. On June 9, 2016, supplemental clerk's records were filed in these causes containing corrected certifications reflecting that the defendant had the right to appeal.
We reinstate these appeals on the active docket. Appellant's briefs in these three causes are due within 30 days of the date of this order.
