Opinion

No. 75-2105.

July 23, 1976.

Appeal from Circuit Court, St. Lucie County; William G. Tye, Acting Circuit Judge.

Peter N. Hanna, Fort Lauderdale, for appellant.

William M. Cobb of Sullivan, Cobb Petersen, Vero Beach, for appellee.

Affirmed.

MAGER, C.J., and CROSS, J., concur.

WALDEN, J., dissents with opinion.

In my opinion the wife-appellant is entitled to special equity substantially larger than was awarded to her. On this account the trial court abused its discretion and should be reversed.
