In it, respondent asks clarification of the Court's Order issued October 4, 2022, with respect to the mooting of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, filed June 9, 2022. As to the mooting of respondent's June 9, 2022, motion, our October 4, 2022, remains in effect. Premises considered, it is
