On April 27, 2022, the Court received a letter titled as "Petitioner's Statement Per 26 USC Section 6011(a)" and signed by petitioner. Additionally, on April 27, 2022, petitioner separately filed a motion to restrain assessment or collection or to order refund of amount collected and a motion for restraining order.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion to restrain assessment or collection or to order refund of amount collected filed April 27, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 28, 2022, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's motion for restraining order filed April 27, 2022.
