ORDER

Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice.

On October 3, 2024, we informed Appellant he may obtain a copy of the appellate record by filing the motion for the record, not later than seven days after receiving this order, with the clerk of this court. We further ordered appellant that if desires to file a pro se brief, we the brief was due November 4, 2024. On November 14, 2024, we received a letter from appellant stating he "needed to know what [he needed] to do."

Appellant may file a pro se brief no later than December 9, 2024.

At this time, the State has filed a notice waiving its right to file a brief in this case unless appellant files a pro se brief. If appellant files a timely pro se brief, the State is ordered to file a responsive brief, if any, no later than thirty days after appellant's pro se brief is filed in this court.
