By Order dated June 6, 2023, we directed the parties to file decision documents in this case on or before August 31, 2023. On August 31, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time, to which petitioners do not object. In this Motion, respondent requests an additional 60 days to file decision documents. We will grant this request.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time is granted in that the time within which the parties shall file decision documents with the Court is extended to November 6, 2023.
