This case is on the calendar of the Court's April 3, 2023 trial session for San Francisco, California. The parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues on March 13, 2023. Therein, they represent that they consider the Stipulation to be a binding settlement that resolves all issues in the case. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 3, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 12, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
