On January 16, 2024, Sean Keane-Dawes of Texas Riogrande Legal Aid filed a motion to withdraw as appellate counsel. After consideration, the motion is denied without prejudice to counsel filing a motion that meets the requirements for a motion to withdraw. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5.
