Steven Nichol & Kerri Nichol Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 6, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled and assigned to the undersigned.

On February 25, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that petitioners were still trying to locate documentation to turn over to the Commissioner. We will give the parties more time to exchange documents but we warn that after the next status report, the Court may consider a conference call or setting this case on the next Little Rock, Arkansas trial calendar. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 2, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case. 1
