Steven Nichol & Kerri Nichol Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Little Rock, Arkansas on April 6, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On October 28, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the present status of this case. The parties indicated that they needed more time to exchange and review documentation. In light of that information, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 27, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the progress made since our conference call and whether this case should be set for trial. 1
