By order of April 29, 2002, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Sington v Chrysler Corporation, (Docket No. 119291). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 31, 2002, 467 Mich. 144 (2002), the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the decision of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission and REMAND the case to the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission for reconsideration in light of Sington, supra.
