On November 2, 2020, a Stipulated Decision was entered in this case. On November 23, 2020, the Court received returned mail of the copy of the Decision served on petitioner. Due to inadvertent clerical error, a duplicate docket entry for the returned mail of the Stipulated Decision served on petitioner appears on the record.

Accordingly and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the second docket entry for the returned mail of the Stipulated Decision served on petitioner is deemed stricken from the record in this case.
