Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeal taken herein from an amended statement of judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered October 3, 2019 (appeal No. 4), with the consolidated appeals taken from orders and a judgment from the same Court entered March 22, 2019 (appeal No. 1), June 13, 2019 (appeal No. 2), and June 19, 2019 (appeal No. 3), for leave to supplement the record, and for leave to file a supplemental brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.

Memorandum: Appellant's remedy is to perfect the unperfected appeal and to move to reschedule the appeals to be heard together.
