SON T. NGUYEN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 219th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 219-83456-2015

ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

Because appellant's brief had not been filed and we had no communication regarding the brief, we abated this appeal for a hearing. On June 2, 2017, we received the supplemental clerk's record with the trial court's May 26 findings and recommendations. We ADOPT the trial court's finding that (1) appellant desires to prosecute the appeal, (2) appellate counsel William Schultz has a medical condition affecting his work ability, and (3) Mr. Schultz believes he can file a brief if given a thirty-day extension.

We ORDER appellant's brief due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
