ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On February 3, 2023, respondent filed a Substitution of Counsel for Respondent. However, respondent's filing is not in accordance with Rule 24(d), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 28, 2023, respondent shall file a supplement to his substitution of counsel.

Respondent is advised for future reference that the Court provides a form on its website for substitutions of counsel that is in compliance with Rule 24(d), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.
