On November 7, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication. On November 8, 2022, respondent filed a second Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on Ground of Duplication, filed November 8, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
