ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session beginning on November 28, 2022. On November 21, 2022, the parties filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. The parties requested that the Court allow additional time to submit a proposed stipulated decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's November 28, 2022, trial session beginning on November 29, 2022, and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before December 30, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or status report. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
