This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, trial session. By order served December 30, 2021, the case was stricken from the Court's January 24, 2022, trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On September 15, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 17) informing the Court that "[t]he parties are in agreement as to the amounts in the computation, but are reviewing the language in the proposed language given that the settlement results in a net operating loss in the 2017 tax year."

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 28, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
