Based upon the parties' Stipulation for Award of EAJA Fees (“Stipulation”), IT IS ORDERED that EAJA attorney fees are awarded in the amount of SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,900.), subject to the terms of the stipulation.
