On the Court's own motion, this untimely appeal is dismissed without prejudice to the appellant's ability to seek the Mississippi Supreme Court's leave to file a motion for post-conviction collateral relief requesting an out-of-time direct appeal. All costs of this appeal, if any, are assessed to Harrison County. The appellant's pro se motion to correct the appellate record is dismissed. Order entered.
