MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant filed his notice of appeal with the trial court clerk on August 29, 2002. This Court received the notice of appeal on March 6, 2003. By letter dated March 5, 2003, the trial court clerk notified appellant that the clerk's record was being held for payment of the preparation fees. By letter dated March 7, 2003, this Court directed appellant to pay the trial court clerk's fees for preparation of the record within ten days of the date of the Court's letter. The Court warned appellant that failure to do so may result in dismissal of the appeal. By letter dated March 6, 2003, this Court directed appellant to file the docketing statement within ten days of the date of the Court's letter. The letter warned appellant that failure to do so may result in dismissal of the appeal. The clerk's record has not been paid for and the docketing statement has not been filed in this appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b) and (c).
