Good cause exists for this request: Defendant Magnacoustics, Inc, has filed a Motion to Dismiss Under FRCP 12(b) the First Amended Complaint, and the hearing on this motion is currently scheduled for April 30, 2010.

Pursuant to stipulation, it is so ordered. The conference is continued to Friday, July 2, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. A joint case management statement shall be filed no later than June 25, 2010.
