Order, in so far as it denies plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and vacates the order and judgment heretofore entered, reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and the order granting plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and the judgment entered thereon, reinstated. No opinion.
