ORDER
Pending before the Court in Civil Action H-01-3624, Newby et al. v. Enron Corp. et al., is Plaintiffs' emergency motion for temporary injunction to enjoin Arthur Andersen L.L.P. from dissipating assets, releasing foreign subsidiaries from obligations, and releasing partners, employees and agents from non-competition agreements, and request for hearing (instrument #422), filed by Plaintiffs American National Insurance Company et al. in Member Case G-02-0084.
The Court
ORDERS that a hearing on these matters is hereby set on Monday, April 8, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 11B. Counsel for any party in any of the above referenced consolidated actions wishing to attend the hearing is welcome to do so.
