Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve an answer on this original CPLR article 78 proceeding commenced in this Court,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to file and serve an answer is extended to May 28, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before June 27, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve a brief in accordance with this Court's rules on or before July 29, 2019.
