ORDER


Upon review and consideration of the Motion for Admission Pro Hac Vice of Stephen D. Houck, it is this 15th day of March, 2002, hereby

ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED that Stephen D. Houck shall be permitted to represent the Plaintiff Litigating States and to participate in any proceedings the above-captioned matter; and it is further

ORDERED that Stephen D. Houck shall familiarize himself with the local rules in conjunction with such representation.
