In light of the need for further briefing on issues appropriate for discussion during the Pre-Hearing Conference and, in accordance with the Court's discussion with counsel in the above-captioned case, it is this 1st day of March, 2002, hereby

ORDERED that, with the consent of counsel, the Pre-Hearing Conference previously scheduled for March 4, 2002, is continued to March 8, 2002. The Pre-Hearing Conference shall commence at 10:30 a.m. on March 8, 2002, in Courtroom 11.
