Action to recover damages for the destruction of certain ducts and cables, property of plaintiff, due to the alleged negligence of respondents. Judgment in favor of respondents and order denying plaintiff's motion to set aside the verdict and for a new trial unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
