Order so far as appealed from modified by providing that if plaintiff is unable to furnish the particulars required, an officer of the plaintiff corporation may so state under oath, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the respondents. The bill of particulars to be served within ten days from service of order. No opinion.
