From the Marion Superior Court, Room No. 3, Robert G. Robb, Judge.

Appellee, Helen Lucille Wyatt, Administratrix of the Estate of Charles B. Wyatt, deceased, brought action to recover damages for the death of decedent. Judgment awarding damages to appellee was affirmed in an opinion by the Appellate Court and appellant petitions to transfer to the Supreme Court.

Petition to transfer denied.
