Judgment affirmed, with costs. All concur. (Appeal from a judgment for the defendants in an action for a declaratory judgment construing subdivision 17 of section 14 Veh. Traf. of the Vehicle and Traffic Law to determine on whom the duty rests to erect capacity signs at each end of a highway bridge.)
