Trial Court No. 2012CR0691

Honorable Maria Teresa Herr, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's court-appointed attorney has filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 368 U.S. 738 (1967). On May 28, 2013, appellant was ordered to file his pro se brief by June 27, 2013. See Bruns v. State, 924 S.W.2d 176, 177 n.1 (Tex. App.—San Antonio 1996, no pet.). The appellant's first motion for extension of time to file his pro se brief was granted, extending the deadline for filing the brief to July 29, 2013. On July 24, 2013, appellant filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file his pro se brief until August 28, 2013, for a total extension of sixty days. The motion is GRANTED. THIS IS THE FINAL EXTENSION OF TIME THAT THE APPELLANT WILL BE GRANTED.
