ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge.

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's March 14, 2022, Huston, Texas remote trial session. On February 22, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report informing the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached. On February 23, 2022, the Court served an Order striking the case from the above-mentioned calendar and granting parties until March 24, 2022 to a file either a stipulated decision or a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. This was filed past the Court's ordered deadline. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before April 25, 2022, respondent shall show cause in writing why their Status Report was filed out of time on March 25, 2022.
