New Rochelle Trust Company v. Baker

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 1, 1922
200 App. Div. 911 (N.Y. App. Div. 1922)

Opinion

February, 1922.

Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. We think the exceptions to the admission of the evidence of defendant as to personal transactions with deceased present reversible error. We have examined the other exceptions to the charge and conclude that they present no ground for reversing the judgment. Blackmar, P.J., Rich, Kelly, Jaycox and Kelby, JJ., concur.
