Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Licari, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Hon. Anthony V. DeMayo, state trial referee, granted the plaintiff's motion for a deficiency judgment and rendered judgment against the named defendant, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
