Opinion

Case No. SC02-460.

September 23, 2003.

Lower Tribunal No. 3D00-1340.

Upon review of the responses to this Court's order to show cause dated July 14, 2003, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Koikos v. Travelers Ins. Co., 849 So.2d 263 (Fla. 2003). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
