ORDER
PER CURIAM
New Braunfels Stewardship Properties, LLC and Harold T. Ray III have appealed a judgment and seek to challenge the trial court's Order Granting Plaintiffs' Contest to Defendants' Net Worth Affidavits, St[r]iking Affidavits, and Increasing Supersedeas Bond signed July 10, 2024. The trial court suspended enforcement of the judgment until July 30, 2024. Appellants seek an emergency stay of the Order pending their challenge.
We grant Appellants' amended emergency motion filed July 23, 2024, and temporarily stay the Order Granting Plaintiffs' Contest to Defendants' Net Worth Affidavits, St[r]iking Affidavits, and Increasing Supersedeas Bond signed July 10, 2024. Execution on and enforcement of the judgment is stayed pending further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 24.4(c). The trial court's April 2, 2024 Post-Judgment Injunction barring Appellants from "dissipating, transferring, or otherwise encumbering assets in their possession which may otherwise be available to satisfy the judgment entered in this cause except as may be necessary in the normal course of their business" shall remain in effect and enforceable. Id.
Appellants shall file their motion seeking review of the trial court's July 10, 2024 Order no later than July 29, 2024, Appellees shall file any response to Appellants' motion seeking review no later than August 5, 2024.
It is ordered on July 24, 2024.
