Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this civil action. The parties appeared before the undersigned on May 27, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., for a settlement conference. Good cause appearing therefor, the matter is set for a continued settlement conference between Plaintiff and Defendant National Railroad Passenger Corporation before the undersigned on June 29, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The continued settlement conference will be conducted via Zoom.
