This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's January 13, 2025, Miami, Florida, trial session. On July 29, 2024, the Court served on petitioner an Order granting petitioner's counsel's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (Doc. 15), which was later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Return to Sender - No Such Street - Unable to Forward."

On September 11, 2024, Court personnel were informally provided with petitioner's current mailing address.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the July 29, 2024, Order (Doc. 15) on petitioner at his current address.
