ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated February 15, 2013, in the above-entitled appeals and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 8, 2012, is amended by deleting the final decretal paragraph thereof and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:

ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' reply briefs shall be served and filed on or before May 9, 2013, and the respondents-appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before May 23, 2013.
