ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

The Court directed petitioner to file a ratification of petition and to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee for this case by Orders issued, respectively, August 12, 2021, and September 2, 2021, On September 13, 2021, petitioner filed a Letter Dated September 6, 2021, indicating that the matter concerning her 2018 tax year has been resolved with the IRS. Petitioner's letter suggests that she does not intend to file a ratification of petition and pay the Court's filing fee for this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioner failed to file a ratification of petition and pay the Court's filing fee.
