Pursuant to the order of June 5, 2002, dismissing this case as moot, judgment of dismissal is hereby entered. The clerk shall close the file.

ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER AND DISMISSING CASE AS MOOT

In light of the government's response to plaintiffs motion for a temporary restraining order, indicating that plaintiff is receiving and will be allowed to receive his mail by general delivery, plaintiffs motion is DENIED as moot. The case is likewise DISMISSED as moot. A judgment of dismissal shall be entered.
