DECISION AND ORDER GANNETT SATELLITE INFORMATION ON MOTION

Motion by New York News Publishers Association for permission to file a brief amicus curiae upon the appeal.

Motion for order directing the pro hac vice admission of L. Michael Zinser, Esq., attorney for the state of Tennessee, pursuant to section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by New York News Publishers Association for permission to file a brief amicus curiae upon the appeal is granted, without costs, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept for filing the brief amicus curiae received on March 25, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for order directing the pro hac vice admission of L. Michael Zinser, Esq., is granted, without costs, and L. Michael Zinser, Esq., is admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing appellant upon the appeal.
