JUDGMENT

TERRY A. DOUGHTY UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

For the reasons assigned in the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge [Doc. No. 14] previously filed herein, and having thoroughly reviewed the record, noting the absence of objection, and concurring with the findings of the Magistrate Judge under the applicable law, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim [Doc. No. 7] filed by Defendant, Madison Parish Correctional Center is GRANTED, and that Plaintiff Jeremy Netterville's claims against said Defendant only are hereby DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(6).
