ORDERED that appellees' joint motions to dismiss appeal are granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed.
Accordingly, appellant's motion to consolidate appeals and to permit supplemental consolidated briefing is mooted by the dismissal.
