Landlords appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Gerald Lebovits, J.), entered April 23, 2007, which, after a hearing, awarded tenant attorneys' fees of $93,249.88 in the underlying holdover summary proceedings.

Judgment (Gerald Lebovits, J.), entered April 23, 2007, affirmed, with $25 costs, for the reasons stated by Gerald Lebovits, J. at Civil Court.
